E-Q Store - offering 400 products from the aquarium Gift and Bookstores

As a service to its visitors, the aquarium launched an e-commerce site. While an external consultant managed the development of the custom E-Q Store, ReAL Design coordinated transaction processes, production tasks, and implementation between the internal team and technology vendors. Exceeding expectations for online ticket sales, proceeds from the E-Q Store benefit the aquarium's mission of ocean conservation.


    In order to proceed with development of the E-Q Store, the project team defined the objectives listed below. ReAL Design implemented a solution that achieves each objective, as indicated in the ReAL Results column.
