Visual Networks - Dial Care interface

Visual Network's products are designed to help large-scale ISPs track and manage the performance of their services to their individual users. We helped evaluate and determine the most feasible design enhancements that would address specific problems users were having with the previous version of the product.

The number one problem was task orientation and the lack of visual indicators as to how many tasks were present on a particular page of data. Navigation issues concerning how the left navigation bar was being utilized were also addressed.

Ultimately, we were able to provide users with direct feedback and visual clues letting them know where to go and whether they were successful in completing the required tasks each step through the process.
